A practitioner in a long passive hang at the FRAYME

Program F, 20 minutes

Slow Flow
the suspended release.

The slow practice with the spine in traction. Long passive hangs, supported deep squats, openers loaded by gravity rather than effort. Twenty minutes that reset the body completely. Follow Dynamic or Strong with it, or end the day here.

Duration

20 minutes

I. Premise

Some tissue cannot release on the floor. The FRAYME hangs the body open. Twenty minutes of deep traction reaches places stretching cannot. The closer to a longer ritual, or a complete release on its own.

II. A session

Twenty minutes,
composed.

A representative practice. Pair with a different flow, Dynamic, Slow or Strong, to compose a longer ritual. Breath sets the tempo, not the clock.

00:00

Breath, standing at the FRAYME

Two minutes. Arrive before suspending.

00:02

Passive hang, 2 × 60s

Surrender. The shoulder lengthens under bodyweight.

00:04

Supported deep squat, two minutes

Hands on rung. Heels down. Breath in the belly.

00:06

Supported pigeon at the rungs, 2 min per side

The wall takes weight. The hip opens without bracing.

00:10

Thoracic openers, four minutes

Hands at rung, hips back. The chest opens by gravity.

00:14

German hang progression, 3 × 20s

Patient. Controlled. Quality, never duration.

00:15

Supine, legs at the rungs, three minutes

Spine integrates. The session settles.

00:18

Stillness, two minutes

Re-enter the day, longer than you arrived.

III. Outcomes

What changes,
properly.

We do not promise transformation. We describe the shifts our practitioners consistently report, measured in months, not weeks.

  • 01

A two-minute passive hang you can return to at will.

  • 02

Daily spinal decompression in your own home, in twenty minutes.

  • 03

End-range positions you rest in rather than endure.

  • 04

The closer to Dynamic or Strong, or a complete ritual alone.
