Program F, 20 minutes
Strong Flow
the loaded studio.
Integrated strength with the wall in service. Suspended end ranges, front lever architecture, pulling progressions and loaded mobility you cannot find on the floor. Twenty minutes of serious work. Pair with Dynamic for output, or Slow to release.
Duration
20 minutes
I. Premise
The FRAYME is the only piece of equipment most adults will ever need. Strong Flow uses it to build lasting, durable strength just twenty minutes at a time. Combine with another flow to compose a fuller ritual.
II. A session
Twenty minutes,
composed.
A representative practice. Pair with a different flow, Dynamic, Slow or Strong, to compose a longer ritual. Breath sets the tempo, not the clock.
00:00
Breath & CARs at the FRAYME, three minutes
Every joint prepared. The session opens articulate.
00:03
Active hang, 3 × 30s
Scapular engagement. The shoulder loaded properly.
00:05
Pull-up work, 4 × 3
Negative or assisted. Slow descent. Quality over quantity.
00:08
Supported pistol, 3 × 5 per side
Hands at rung. Depth, owned. Control on the ascent.
00:12
Front lever tuck, 3 × 10s
Body horizontal. Breath even. Ten seconds is enough.
00:14
Pike press at the rungs, 3 × 5
Press strength. Patient ROM. Shoulders aligned.
00:17
Passive hang & settle, three minutes
Spine restored. Or continue into Slow.
III. Outcomes
What changes,
properly.
We do not promise transformation. We describe the shifts our practitioners consistently report, measured in months, not weeks.
- 01
A first clean, unassisted pull-up, for most, within months.
- 02
A tucked front lever you can hold with control.
- 03
Strength at end ranges, not just at the middle, in twenty minutes.
- 04
Pair with Dynamic or Slow to compose a longer ritual.
