A practitioner pulling on the FRAYME during a dynamic interval

Program F, 20 minutes

Dynamic Flow
the studio engine.

The dynamic practice with vertical added. Pulls, swings, suspended drives and rebounds, the heart rate up, the spine decompressed throughout. Twenty minutes. Pair with Slow to release, or Strong to load.

Duration

20 minutes

I. Premise

Most cardio compresses the body. The FRAYME lets you condition the heart and lungs in twenty minutes while the spine is loaded in length rather than crush. Combine with another flow for a longer ritual, or take a single round.

II. A session

Twenty minutes,
composed.

A representative practice. Pair with a different flow, Dynamic, Slow or Strong, to compose a longer ritual. Breath sets the tempo, not the clock.

00:00

Breath ladder, two minutes

Settle, then arrive. Standing at the FRAYME.

00:02

Active hang, 3 × 30s

Shoulders engaged. The session opens vertical.

00:04

Pull / squat density, 6 minutes

EMOM: scaled pull-up + bodyweight squat. Clean reps, breath continuous.

00:10

Hanging knee raises, 3 × 8

Slow, controlled. Core at length.

00:13

Wall drives & rebounds, 4 rounds

Reactive output. Quality before quantity.

00:16

Passive hang, settle

Spine restored to length. Or continue into Slow.

III. Outcomes

What changes,
properly.

We do not promise transformation. We describe the shifts our practitioners consistently report, measured in months, not weeks.

  • 01

Cardio capacity built without spinal compression, in twenty minutes.

  • 02

Pulling strength sufficient for a clean pull-up.

  • 03

A core trained in suspension, not just on the floor.

  • 04

Combine with Slow or Strong for a fuller ritual, or take it alone.
